House Rules

To ensure that all guests feel completely at ease and that every apartment remains in this condition for a long time, a few simple rules apply in all Völker Rentals properties.

1. Feel at home

Make yourself at home and enjoy your time in the mountains. Please treat the apartment with the same care and respect you would wish from guests in your own home.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 3:00 pm Check-out by 10:00 am If you need different times, just let me know in advance — often a solution can be arranged.

3. Use of the apartment

Please handle the furniture, furnishings, and appliances with care. If you notice anything unusual or if something gets damaged, please inform me briefly — many things can be resolved quickly and easily. Overnight stays are only permitted for the guests listed in the booking.

4. Consideration & quiet hours

To ensure that everyone in the house feels comfortable, quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Parties or loud celebrations are not permitted in the apartments.

5. Smoking & pets

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are generally not allowed. In selected accommodations, such as in Grächen, dogs are welcome upon prior request. Please refer to the individual property description for details.

6. Safety

Please make sure to close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment. Keys and access details must not be passed on to third parties.

7. Tidiness & cleaning

Final cleaning is taken care of by us. I simply ask that you leave the apartment in a tidy condition. If an exceptionally high level of cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge additional costs. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
