My name is Eric – and I believe that travel can be more than just a change of location.
The mountains have always held a special place in my heart. They slow you down, create space to breathe, and remind you how good it feels to simply be in the moment. This is exactly the feeling I want to share with my holiday apartments.
Völker Vermietung is therefore more than just accommodation. These are places designed with a keen sense of atmosphere – with details that you might only notice on second glance, but which are precisely what make a stay feel special.
Even if I'm not always on-site, it's important to me that you feel well taken care of. Many guests say after their stay that they were surprised by how well thought out everything is and how much you can tell that someone with heart is the host. My goal is simple: that you go home and say:
"That's where we want to go again."

Cancellation Policy
- Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel up to 14 days before check-in.
- Guests who cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a partial refund.
The relevant date is the time the cancellation is received by the host.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, please get in touch as early as possible — in many cases, a solution can be found together.
